Five cocktail recipes to start the weekend off right.

Hideaway cocktail

The Hideaway at Kapalua Bay

  • 1.5 oz Joven Mezcal
  • 1 oz Chareau Aloe Vera liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz butterfly pea flower tea*

Method: Prepare a cocktail glass with a half-rim of salt, then pour butterfly pea flower tea and fill cocktail glass with ice. In a shaker with ice, combine spirits and lime juice. Shake well to chill, then strain into prepared cocktail glass. This is a great at-home science experiment. The blue tea and pale green margarita turn a fluorescent purple when combined.
