Cocktail recipe from Matthew Corbin, Cane & Canoe Restaurant, Montage Kapalua Bay Resort
Ingredients:
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 1/2 oz. yellow Chartreuse
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. reposado tequila
Method: In a shaker, “dry shake” ingredients (using no ice). Pour over ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a mint sprig, a flamed lemon peel and a dusting of powdered sugar.
