Servings: 5–6
- 2 lb. ‘ahi tuna, medium dice
- 2 oz. ogo seaweed, chopped
- 1 oz. tobiko (flying fish roe)
- ¼ oz. ginger, minced
- 2 oz. green onion, chopped
- 1 oz. sesame seeds, toasted
- ½ oz. sambal chili paste
- 1 oz. toasted sesame oil
- Hawaiian salt to taste
Method: Combine ingredients in large, cold mixing bowl. Mix lightly, being sure not to over mix. Add salt to taste. Chill well before serving.
