Cocktail Recipe from: Fleetwood’s on Front Street
Cocktail Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Skyy Infusions Coconut vodka
- 0.5 oz Skyy Infusions Pineapple vodka
- 1 oz House made Lime Sour* (see below)
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz Calahua coconut crème
*House made lime sour: 1 part fresh lime juice: 1 part simple syrup: 3 part filtered water (keeps refrigerated for one week)
Method: Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass or shaker with ice. Shake well and strain over ice into a classic high ball glass. Top with garnish. Enjoy!
Garnish: 1 tsp toasted coconut and 1/4 tsp grated lime zest
