Three chefs bring three cuisines—Southwest, Pacific Rim, and Hawaiian—to the table at this new South Kihei bistro. The menu wanders all corners of the globe, from a massive Southern crab boil to a creamy Thai curry. One thing the trio has nailed: CoCoNut Porter BBQ sauce. Try it on a variety of menu items—the tasty kalua pork sandwich, build-your-own burger, or quesadillas. Pupus served from 10 p.m. to midnight in the Surf Lounge.
