When will my item arrive? Your item should arrive within 7-10 days by US Postal Service.
What if my item never shows up? If you did not receive an item you purchased from our web store, please contact us at 808-242-8331 and we will assist you with tracking your order and/or provide you with a refund if your item was lost during shipping. All items are shipped with tracking numbers.
Why don’t you offer exchanges? We have a very limited number of merchandise in stock and we cannot guarantee additional colors and sizes are available for exchanging merchandise at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you ship to Canada or other countries? Not yet, however we are planning to ship to Canada soon, and may offer international sales in the future.
