Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 1/2 oz. Ron Zacapa Rum
- 4 2” pineapple cubes
- 4 oz. Hula O Maui pineapple sparkling wine
- 1 mint sprig
Directions: Place allspice dram, rum and pineapple cubes in shaker and muddle. Strain over crushed ice in a martini glass. Fill with Hula O Maui sparkling wine and garnish with mint.
