Recipe by: Sangrita’s Grill & Cantina
Muddle:
- 4 cucumber cubes
- 2 slices serrano chiles
- pinch of fresh cilantro
Add:
- splash of simple syrup
- 1 oz. green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 oz. blue agave tequila
Garnish:
- 1 cucumber spear
- 1 lime wheel
- 1 cilantro sprig
- 1 slice serrano chile
- habanero shrub to taste (available at fine liquor stores)
Method: Place muddle in martini shaker, fill with ice, add liquid, and shake. Strain over fresh ice in margarita glass. Place lime wheel and serrano slice on top of the drink. Add a drop or two of habanero shrub to the lime wheel. Garnish with cucumber spear and cilantro.
