Recipe from: Maui Winery
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Hula O Maui Pineapple Sparkling Wine
- 1 bottle of Maui Splash Pineapple Passion Fruit Wine
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 1/2 cup simple syrup, more or less to taste
- 3/4 cup passion fruit purée
- 3 green apples, cored and sliced thin
- 1 red apple, cored and sliced thin
- 2 lemons, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 cup of raspberries
- orange slices and pineapple slices (optional)
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Refrigerate covered, 3 hours or up to 2 days. Serve over ice and garnish with fruit.
