Pacific Whale Foundation has partnered with Three’s Bar & Grill Catering to bring you an oceangoing holiday buffet to remember. Board the double-hulled catamaran and grab an ice-cold tropical drink, then breathe in the sweet ocean air. Relax. Give thanks. This is just the beginning.
As the ship glides out of Lahaina Harbor, you may, if you’re lucky, see humpback whales breaching the ocean as you dine on slow-cooked kalua-style turkey, lightly smoked in banana leaves and Hawaiian salt, and served with Hapa Brown Ale gravy and a spicy orange-chipotle cranberry relish. Stuffing is like the kind Aunty Leilani made, with deliciously savory Portuguese sausage. And the honey-miso-glazed Hawaiian ham with Maui Gold pineapple chutney will make you sigh. Chef Travis of Three’s Catering promises desserts awash with signature flavors to celebrate life and Thanksgiving on the ocean.
