Maui Plantation Festival

October 1 @ 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

$3 – $5

The nonprofit Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum presents the Maui Sugar Plantation Festival on Saturday, October 1, 2022. This celebration of plantation life will feature food and performances from the many cultures that immigrants brought with them when they came to work on Hawaii’s sugar plantations.

The centerpiece of the Festival is a program of music and dances, performed by local groups and organizations, many of whom are carrying on the cultural arts and traditions handed down to them through their families. Food trucks will offer the ultimate “mixed plate,” with an array of foods to enjoy. We will have children’s activities, and are bringing back our popular camp registry.

Free parking. Admission is $3 per person, kids 5 and under get in free. For advanced tickets and more information, go to http://www.sugarmuseum.com.  If you would like to participate as a volunteer, performer or sponsor, please contact us!
