Lilikoi Passion Fruit Daiquiri

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

• lilikoi puree (see Lilikoi Bar recipe)
• ice
• rum
• peach brandy
• 1/4 cup chopped mint
• soda water

Directions:

1. Fill the blender about 3/4 full with ice
2. Add rum to fill about 1/4 – 1/3 of the blender (more or less depending on your preference)
3. Add lilikoi mix to fill the blender to about 1.5 inches from the top
4. Blend
5. Stir in brandy, mint, and soda water (should fill blender to brim)
6. Garnish with whole mint leaves or sliced oranges/limes (blood oranges would be nice for contrast)
