Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- lilikoi puree (see Lilikoi Bar recipe)
- ice
- rum
- peach brandy
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- soda water
Directions:
- Fill the blender about 3/4 full with ice
- Add rum to fill about 1/4 – 1/3 of the blender (more or less depending on your preference)
- Add lilikoi mix to fill the blender to about 1.5 inches from the top
- Blend
- Stir in brandy, mint, and soda water (should fill blender to brim)
- Garnish with whole mint leaves or sliced oranges/limes (blood oranges would be nice for contrast)
