The Maui Nui (The Great Maui)

The cocktail was created to emphasize Fleetwood’s craft cocktail progression and passion for the island’s liquid culture. Having won awards for our amazing bar program every year since we opened, we have a strong desire to be creative and approachable in the exciting age of mixology. The Maui Nui is a beautifully crafted local-style Mule cocktail made with fresh, quality ingredients and served in an iconic copper pineapple chalice.
