with Lilikoi Cream Cheese

Number of Servings: 4-5 loaves of bread, 4-5 ramekins lilikoi cream cheese
Banana Bread Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 chopped bananas
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Lilikoi Cream Cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¾ ounce lilikoi purée
- 4 tsp. sugar
Banana Bread: Melt the butter and pour into a mixing bowl with sugar.
Beat eggs and add to butter/sugar mixture. Add bananas to mixture and stir. Stir in flour. Add baking soda, salt and vanilla. Finish stirring. Halfway fill a buttered loafpan. Bake at 375º F for one hour.
Lilikoi Cream Cheese: Whip all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
