Island Inspiration from our Style Editor

Nina Kuna Photography

This just in! Jewelry designer Nina Kuna is giving away this beautiful Nina Kuna Puka Shell Necklace to one lucky winner. Maui No Ka Oi readers can enter the drawing by liking her facebook page and dropping her a message with: PUKA SHELL CONTEST in the message field.

Win the gold Puka Shell Necklace pictured to the left from Nina Kuna Jewelry. Contest closes this Friday, November 9th and the winner will be announced Monday, November 12th. (Feel Free to click "share" to get your ohana in the running!)

Nina has been making jewelry in Maui Hawaii for over 6 years and is thrilled to now make her jewelry available through Etsy. Her past jewelry collections have been featured in high end boutiques throughout Hawaii, including the Ritz Carlton Maui, The Grand Wailea Maui, Macy's Hawaii, Pink By Nature, Sisters & Co., Biasa Rose and Tamara Catz.

The Nina Kuna Jewelry Etsy shop offers an exclusive versatile, chic collection at a great value directly to the shopper (you!) and of course, always made with Aloha.

Her new line features simple designer pieces which are great for layering and translate from island to urban chic. Since it's exclusive to Etsy, Nina is able to sell these pieces at wholesale pricing. Below are a few of my top picks.

Solid 10K Gold Rose Thorn Necklace on Brass Chain, Tahitian Pearl Necklace - Mala Style with Tassel, Mother of Pearl Square Necklace

Curved Bar Necklace - Hand Hammered Sterling Silver, Gold Hawaiian Opihi Shell Necklace

Coral Branch Gold Drop Earrings - 14K Gold filled Earwires, Tiny Gold Mehndi Earrings - 14K Gold over Sterling Silver
